Ambush
Scene Cast
We come into the first scene where the setting we’re met with is a large alfresco outdoor living space, high along a balcony decked out with glass doors and frames, dark grey marble tiles and white sandstone edges and walls connecting to the main expanse and bedroom of the building. Outside accommodated on extensive white outdoor chairs we’re Michael and Joanna Rissi - both dressed pretty informally in casual street clothes while they relaxed and looked out at the view.
Michael Rissi: We both won our matches and we both showed the rest of Divine who we are. You have to admit, after so long, that felt amazing…
Joanna Rissi: It did – it was a great night but it’s concerning when Claude Vigor and Kuttah ambush you backstage and try and beat you to a pulp! What was that!?
Michael Rissi: I guess Claude Vigor is bitter that I beat him and perhaps Kuttah is bitter that you defeated him as well. Now all of a sudden you have a title match and I’ve done exactly what I said I was going to and embarrassed Claude Vigor in front of the world.
Joanna Rissi: You know that this week they’ll be looking to try and attack you again. You’re taking on Kuttah and Claude is going to be in his corner. Just like last week they’re going to try and take you out except this time they have time to think about what they’re doing.
Joanna now expressed in a delicate anxious tone of voice. The declaration in her speech sounding like she was warning as she looked over next to her at Michael with big stares in her dark eyes.
Michael Rissi: If they were thinking about what they were doing then they wouldn’t do it… C’mon, you know as well as I do that these guys can’t do anything to me. Claude Vigor already got his ass beat up and down the arena by me last week – I treated him like a child and Kuttah is pathetic. Kuttah is a sad face painted clown lookin’ ass weirdo who can’t wrestle his way out of a paper bag. You can’t possibly be worried about them doing something to me? Last week no one had any idea what to expect, that’s why I got ambushed. This week it’s different; I’ll take both of them out at once if I need to.
Joanna Rissi: I know, I know… All I’m saying is be careful because these guys already clearly have it out for you and if they assaulted you backstage once before then they’ll try anything to take you out. Kuttah talked big but I know first hand from defeating him last week that he’s nothing special in the ring. You can steamroll right over Kuttah with no effort in your match just like you did to Claude Vigor last week but it’s whatever their plans are for you outside of the ring that I’m worried about.
Michael Rissi: Well, worry no more beautiful! All you have to be concerned about is kicking the shit out of Blaise and the others this week and winning the World Championship! I’ll handle Vigor and Kuttah and anyone else that might have it in for us, you just focus on the main goal this week!
Joanna Rissi: It’s a big challenge, that’s for sure but I’m sure I can get it done. All I want you to do is be careful that these psychopaths don’t try and beat you down and destroy you with a bunch of weapons like last week. I know you can handle yourself and beat them both quite easily but just watch your back, that’s all I ask.
Michael Rissi: All right, chill out please. I’ll watch my back and I’ll watch yours too. You know I’m not going to let anything happen, besides, it’s just some face painted juggalo trash weirdo that I have to beat this week, it shouldn’t be hard considering you’ve already beaten him and he’s proven to the world that he’s a disgrace as a wrestler. Let Claude Vigor Tweet and let Kuttah talk all the shit he wants – the bottom line is, after the next Saga, I will have beaten them both and my wife will be the World Champion.
Rissi leans in and kisses Joanna on the forehead while she looks up at him and smiles. Still with a little worry on her face and in her voice, the two continue to converse as we slowly pan away from them and their conversation until we end up fading out.
ENTER BRIANNA RISSI
Scene Cast

The skies are a crystal clear blue with no real formidable clouds around. We come into the scene to see miles and miles of spacious green hills decorated with vibrant green grass and flowers, large beautiful trees and fields and fields of farmland. Panning down deep into the heart of the fields we see houses, barns, sheds and gardens. The sight truly is a pleasant one.
Down near one shed in particular, on a dusty and rocky platform is where the setting takes place. Aside from cars, tractors, equipment and scrap there are weights, workout equipment and some boxing and combat bags. It's so quiet out there in the beaming sun that the only sound that can be heard is that of Brianna Rissi... Brianna Rissi was the suped-up, mega athletic, intellectual and mental giant cousin of Michael Rissi. She had beyond perfect intellectual and creative power and natural ability. Her raw talent, focus and the sheer power of her mind and intellect could only be matched by her superhuman physical ability and unattainable levels of talent and fitness.
Brianna was average height with a very large bust, super fit and athletic body and bright red hair that drew attention straight away. Her eyes were dark and her body was chiseled and vibrantly tanned by the sun. Her lips were full and she was well groomed. Her body had a deep and vibrant glow emanating from it, which, complimented her perfect tan and even seemed to steal attention from and overpower the gleaming sun!
Brianna was outside the large shed in the sun. She was in blue workout shorts, a small cut off white tank top and black runners. Weights, plates and bands were scattered around her...
Brianna Rissi: Rah! Rah! Argh! C'MON! Argh!
Brianna stood among the weights but was instead holding up a large double timber pallet horizontally. The pallet was larger and taller than her but she was impressively managing to curl it with great strength! She blasted out rep after rep as her face winced and her body sweats.
Brianna Rissi: Come on Brianna! COME ON!
Brianna encouraged herself with a booming and powerful voice! She kept going, rep after rep, curl after curl of the big timber structure. She was tough, no gloves - just her bare hands on the splintered timber. She was strong, curling the structure, which many wouldn't be able to lift. She was focused, her gaze could intimidate anyone and her yell echoed across the fields for miles. She'd been at this for many minutes, trying to shock the muscle and pump as much blood in them as she could after a lengthy workout.
Brianna Rissi: Hrugh! J-Just 5 more Bri, just 5 MORE!
Brianna's adrenaline fueled shout booms for miles around the farm! One of the doors opens at one of the nearby houses and out comes a tall, lanky man, quite young and neutral in his demeanor and tone. He looks across from him and sees Brianna as he walks off of the concrete and down the dusty path towards her. This young man - David D'Rocco was Brianna and Michael Rissi's younger more business oriented cousin.
David D'Rocco: Brianna, what the heck are you doing? You're gonna hurt yourself. All you've done since you came back is train and train and train everyday.
Brianna held the pallet down for a moment. Her arms were finding it harder to move but she started pumping out more curls much to David's amazement.
Brianna Rissi: W-What's y-your point? I'm n-not gonna hurt myself...
Brianna let her arms drop after one more big rep but she still held onto the pallet. Instead of 5 more, Brianna forced herself to pump out 10 more! David was a little wide eyed but still dismissive of her pushing herself so hard.
Brianna Rissi: Now THAT was a great workout!
With great strength, Brianna hoists the pallet up above her head and tosses it by it's rungs! The impressive wrestler sends it flying several meters until it hits some steel drums at the side of the shed! It smashes into pieces and Brianna dusts her hands off!
David D'Rocco: Don't just go smashing up stuff around here! All the other are already scared to come and workout or train with you and this is why!
Brianna Rissi: This ranch has over 2000 pallets! What's the big deal!? That was already damaged anyway and it's not my fault if no one can keep up with me. If they're scared you shouldn't be letting them train here let alone wrestle.
David D'Rocco: That's not the point. We run this place with the utmost respect here and Michael agrees.
Brianna Rissi: Michael smashes stuff all the time when he trains here! With all his power he's almost leveled this place before and no one says anything to him! Hmph!
David D'Rocco: There's a reason for that... He can level this place like you said, I'm not telling him no...
Brianna laughs and shakes her head. She takes a drink of water from her bottle and pours some in her hair to cool off.
Brianna Rissi: Going to EHWF was an eye opener for me. I know I still dominated but it gave me a look at what I had to do. That's why I went back to Tibet and China and that's why I've been training so hard ever since.
David D'Rocco: You've definitely gotten EVEN stronger but all this training has been intense. Maybe you should just relax, Bri.
Brianna Rissi: This is relaxing. I meditated for 4 hour straight yesterday. Besides, I'm even more powerful now. My strength, speed, focus... I feel incredible!
Brianna turns to a reflective piece of scrap iron against the shed. She flexes her muscles and holds the front of her top up, posing, dusting herself off and checking herself out. She's in phenomenal shape and she smirks in her reflection.
Brianna Rissi: Look at how strong I am now! Look at this glow! I feel freaking incredible, y'know that!
David D'Rocco: Whatever, just chill out when there are others around here. You're freaking people out.
Brianna Rissi: You're just jealous. I was stronger than you before I went to EHWF and now that I've been overseas and been training my ass off, you know that you're not even practice for me now... Oh well, I suppose it'll never be like old times when we used to train and spar together cuz... You'd be too 'scared' now of little Bri Bri...
David scoffs as Brianna laughs pouring more water over her hair in the burning sunlight.
David D'Rocco: Haha... Keep telling yourself that. Don't get over confident because you went to EHWF.
Brianna Rissi: Then fight me. Let's have a match right now! It'll be so fun! C'mon you still think you can beat me!
David D'Rocco: I don't have time for this, I'm busy and you need to get some rest.
Brianna Rissi: You're not busy... Why are you so scared to face me?
David D'Rocco: I'm not scared!
Brianna Rissi: Ok fine... How about this... We won't even go to the ring. Let me show off a little - if you can land just one strike on me, here and now, I'll give you $20000. Any one strike, anyway you want to execute it.
David's eyes light up a little but he looks the smaller yet intimidating Brianna up and down.
David D'Rocco: You're crazy... I'm not betting you $20000.
Brianna Rissi: I didn't say that. I said I'll give you $20000. I have sponsorship deals, my money from EHWF, the royalties they pay me for that TV show they make about us, a few modeling jobs here and there... You're not the only one around here with cash to flash y'know...
Brianna takes a big swig of her water before looking back down at David.
Brianna Rissi: One strike... If I block you it doesn't count, if I dodge it you have to keep trying. All you have to do is connect once and the money is yours - easy!
David D'Rocco: All right... You're on!
Brianna quickly stances across from the much taller David. She clenches her fists and starts to focus so hard that her eye colour brightens up a shade and a vein in her temple starts to pulsate! Brianna raises her fists and signals with a head movement.
Brianna Rissi: Bring it on! Come at me!
David looks on carefully and in an instant fires a strike! Brianna tilts back and she dodges it and they both laugh. David rushes her again! He fires left and right as they move backwards but Brianna's reaction speed is shocking! David can't believe it! He shoots another strike and misses the runs a big boot to which Brianna simply side steps; her focus is too strong. He runs at her once more! Left! Right! Kick! ...Miss! Miss! Miss! David gets a little frustrated! He tries to more forward again and goes by his training with wrestling strikes. He knows he's going to miss but he's trying to back Brianna against the shed wall! Brianna already knows this and readies her legs, creating a crack in the dusty ground under her as she moves at vanishing speed! David almost hits the wall and spins around as Brianna appears behind him in an instant!
David D'Rocco: Ah! O-Oh shit!
David follows up with a spinning back fist but it's no good! Brianna ducks it and she dodges two more punches with little to no effort. David readies his fist once more but Brianna explodes at high speed and leans in right in front of him! David is frozen in shock as Brianna leans in and looks into his eyes! Her focus and brain go into over drive as she starts thinking and the vein in her head starts pumping faster and faster!
Brianna Rissi: HUUGH RAHHAH!
----- BRIANNA'S EMANATION/EUPHORIA -----
Suddenly everything was slowed down, almost to a stop! The reality around Brianna was all washed out, its colour was gone and it's as if everything was in slow-mo. David was in mid swing but he was slowed down. The leaves on the trees were moving slow as was everything else in this split second.
Brianna saw this all through her focus. It was all through her mind, her spirit and her own emanation from these new techniques that allowed her to focus to this monstrous point! She looked around her and she saw everything so clearly. She was moving at normal pace while she saw everything in slow motion. She was vibrant and sported her glow while everything around her was washed out. She could think, react, prepare or do nothing of she pleased. In this split second this was her reality, her time and her control.
Brianna Rissi: I'm getting so much better at this...
----- END EMANATION/EUPHORIA -----
Brianna exploded off at incredible speed and came right up close to David! He still had no idea she had even moved as Brianna was back to her standard focus and everything went back to normal. David still hadn't noticed and Brianna poked him in the gut with her index finger! David dropped his fist... His eyes were wide and he coughed up some saliva as Brianna held her finger in David's gut! David fell to the dusty ground, to his hands and knees. Brianna walked away a few steps as he coughs and pants on the ground, unable to get up.
David D'Rocco: Ah! Ugh! Sh-shit! N-no way!
Brianna Rissi: I win... I guess I'm still stronger than you. Sorry hun but that wasn't even a warm up for me.
Brianna smiles but David is still on the ground, he coughs again and just can't seem to bring himself up to his feet. Brianna frowns then leans down next to David, helping him up.
Brianna Rissi: Dave? Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you. I was just having fun. I'm sorry, are you all right?
David D'Rocco: Y-yeah... *cough* I-I'm fine. Damn you're fast! One poke and I can barely move!
Brianna helps David up and sits him down on the scrap metal next to the shed, as she makes sure he's all right.
Brianna Rissi: I tried to tell you I've gotten stronger. I've been working on a lot of stuff and training my ass off. EHWF might be over but I haven't even gotten started yet.
David gets up and stumbles over past Brianna. She squints her eyes as he makes his way up the path.
David D'Rocco: You win... I gotta get started on everything else today, just make sure you take it easy and don't wreck up the place!
David turns up the path and leaves.
Brianna Rissi: Are you sure you're all right?
David doesn't turn around; instead he gives a wave with his fingers and stumbles back inside the gates. She smirks as she watches him. Brianna feels good, she feels accomplished and she knows she set out for big things just like her cousin.
“Kuttah? Yeah what a dumb name – almost as dumb as Claude Vigor… I don’t paint my face or claim I’m apart of some evil dark circus like some cliché emo kid looking for attention but what I do, do is kick ass and embarrass talentless hacks and weirdoes like Kuttah in front of millions of people. I’ve been doing it for years and I’m going to do it again on Saturday Night.”
