Zoe was shown sitting on the sandy beach of what can only be construed as somewhere within the current city she's taking residence in for the Saga show that's coming in a few short days. It's nighttime, if you're wondering about that. The moon hangs low above, casting bright shadows everywhere, and the stars twinkle in the skies above, along with the floating clouds that are leftover from the day. There's no one on the beach with her, and Zoe is perfectly fine with that situation. She takes solace in the quiet atmosphere; the sounds of the crickets, the waves gently lapping at the shore with each movement, and the random noises of cars and whatever else is out there. No one has heard much from the 'Supernova' in the past couple of week since she was viciously attacked on the last Saga show and carted off on a stretcher to the local hospital.
God that sucked, Zoe thought quietly to herself, shaking her head afterwards.
Doctors had treated her for a cut on her scalp, various bruises and a goose-egg on her head that hurt like a sonofabitch for a few days afterwards. But she had vowed, like the fighter she was, to come back and exact revenge on anyone standing in her way of what she wanted to do.
"I think that was pretty...pretty nasty of Rory and Claude to do to me last show. Seriously attacking me from behind like a coward? What kind of shit is that? If you want to have a fight with me, or whatever it is that's bothering you, then come at me like a man and ask me face to face. You're probably real sore about whatever it is, a title, or whatever I don't know but bumrushing me before the match and sending me to the hospital isn't the way to go. Trust me, I don't forget things like that boys. Grow eyes in the back of your head real quick, that's all I have to say about that nonsense."
She sighs briefly, shifting around a bit before continuing her speech.
"As for my physical health, I'm doing much better since everyone's been asking. Still a little sore in spots, but nothing that a few more days of rest and care won't take care of. I've gotta get back into the swing of things no matter what's going on with me. I've lost my chance at championship gold twice. I've come close, very close both times and that's a fact that I can't forget. I'm gonna work my way back there again no matter what I have to do. I'm not gonna worry about Rory or Claude tryin' ta knock me out, I'm gonna worry about myself and what goals I have set for myself. And that's being champion, and continuing this journey of mine."
Zoe tilts her head a little, looking up to the sky for a bit.
"If I can win this match against Robi, it'll give me a ton of momentum moving forward. It'll get me that much closer to a future shot somewhere down the line. Now I don't want our boss just going out there and plopping me into a match, I want to earn my way there. I want to show that I deserve my spot in said match whenever it happens. If I gotta take out Robi to do it, then fine. I know that Robi's got her issues with the Pretty Little Flyers or whatever, and honestly I can't wait to see where that rivalry goes, but this match, this week it's all about her and me.
I hope she leaves her little friend out of it, because this business has nothing to do with her friend. This is between me and Robi, okay? My goals are quite simple, you see. I've just gotta get past you to get there. Whatever it takes, whatever I have to do to get back in that picture, I'll do it. You've already got your plate full with this little spat with the other girls, so why not sit back, relax and let me handle this okay?"
